A few new paintings…

I completed both of these during the month of August. I am still practicing, but fairly happy with the results. I haven’t named either of them, but will when something inspiring hits me.

They are beautiful! There seems to be a sense of longing in them…or is that just my projection? Either way, they are lovely.

Hi Emily! These are beautiful! I love your use of paper. They’re really cool. The angel (in blue – at least I think she’s an angel!) has a sense of peace and security about her. The other one seems maybe unhappy in a way, but like she is holding on no matter what. The necklace and earrings are perfect. I love both paintings.
